Make a purchase that's not what you expected?" Not to worry- we can help! We will gladly accept most 406 Vintage Designs merchandise returns in original condition. 406 Vintage Designs reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges with or without a receipt. Some Exclusions apply.
What is 406 Vintage Designs return policy?
Purchases made at 406vintagedesigns.com are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of original purchase date. Refunds will be issued on the original form of payment or given a 406 Vintage Designs gift card. Some exclusions apply.
What can't be returned?
Gift Cards, Monogrammed Items, Personalized Items, Altered Items, Body Jewelry, Perishable Foods, Candles, Soaps, or Lotions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return at 406 Vintage Designs:
Online returns by mail: Simply log into your account at 406 Vintage Designs, go to our Contact page, tell us the exact product(s) you want to return Click "Start A Return/refund" and follow the prompts. There is a return fee that will be subtracted from the refund amount, credits can take up to 4 weeks based upon the shipping and processing time.
Why does it cost $8.00 to ship my return back to 406 Vintage Designs? UPS will ship your order back to 406 Vintage Designs and that is the flat rate they charge. This fee has been discounted and will cover the entire return from a single order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive damaged products, make sure to reach out to us and send us an email with photos. So we can get the issue fixed for you.
Exchanges
We are a made to order business, there is no back stock in our store room. The items are made as the orders are placed. You can choose to repurchase again, and then we will process the new item for you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
