Have you ever had "one of those days"? It seems there have been many of those in my most recent past. Looking for a way to help better our life, and be living a lifestyle that benefits us and those around us. Sometime I refer to myself as a big ol' piece of coal, just in the process to become a shining Diamond.
You know that the more the pressure the coal is under, soon the most amazing, powerful transformation happens. After enduring so much, a brilliant shining DIAMOND arises from all that process it has been going through. Today, well, today is just that day! Let those pressures you've been under bring you to that ultimate transformation. I find that it is amazing how much power we have to transform ourselves and our lives. When faced with challenges and pressure, we can use them as opportunities to become more resilient and eventually emerge stronger and brighter. It is not easy, but when we persevere and have faith in ourselves, we have the potential to become something beautiful and powerful. Don't be afraid to take those opportunities. Right now is that day, and those changes are about to happen.
Look at this little dreamer! The entire world is hers, she is focused, determined, and looks like she has the ultimate plan to do exactly what it is she wants! The transformation from youth to adulthood..... oh those challenges. The changes. It really makes you want to hang onto the peace you had, and follow those dreams. Why do we allow our dreams to not become our reality? Its a life time dream, and the cost of not being happy, well, its just to darn expensive for that kind of living!
Taking care of your mental health and wellbeing is so important. It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life, but taking the time to pause and focus on yourself can make such a difference. Peace of mind is invaluable, so remember to take the time to look after yourself.
This image, and this thought-provoking statement! I completely agree that it's important to follow our hearts and pursue our passions. It can be so easy to get caught up in the day-to-day grind and forget about what truly makes us happy, but taking the time to consider our long-term goals and dreams is so important. Making decisions and taking actions that will lead to a fulfilling future is essential, and it's so important to remember that our present choices will have a lasting impact. This is one of the reasons I love the vintage, retro aspects of life. Taking a piece of our past, and keeping it current. What that piece of the past brings is that happiness, assurance, connection, so many emotions, to keep on the path of life for me. I like to be able to touch what use to be a current, modern item, and feel all that history surrounding it. This is a piece that I have had for a little while, enjoying all the beauty. Its a time when folks did sit down and have a cup of tea, and visit face to face. Connecting with each other on a very personal level. Do you miss those days? Do you prefer today with our "texting" and calling that our "connection"? I know I am truly an old soul, but this is really a thing that I miss, the actual hearing, seeing and touching while visiting with friends and family.
This lovely tea set is a vintage/antique piece that I have had the pleasure of enjoying! It dates back to possibly the early 1920's. The stamped "Made in Japan" is pre World War ll . There is so much history associated with this beauty! This is one of the things I love about being a vintage/antique dealer. The lessons of humans, of life, the history behind pieces. Its something I treasure. I learn and continue to be amazed at how pursing a dream of our human history has brought me to being involved with such cool pieces! This one is no exception.
No matter what your dream is or was, it is still attainable! Don't keep wishing, start making it your plan to do it! Whatever you choose to do, you will be sure to make a positive impact on your community! We are all valuable to the places we live, and we are here to enjoy that freedom of pursing our dreams!
Until next time.....
