Hosting Home Parties:

Imagine hosting a delightful luncheon with your friends, served on these exquisite porcelain plates. The elegance and sophistication they bring to your table setting will create an unforgettable experience. Whether it's a high tea or a casual gathering, your collection will become a centerpiece of conversation and admiration.  We were fortunate enough to find a set of the poppy plates.  The set included 6 luncheon plates.  The details in the hand-painted art is truly an era of gone by times.  These plates have a dated stamp Japan, which makes these highly collectible.  They are pre WWII, and we were pleasantly surprised to find these in mint condition.  Once we listed these treasures, it didn't take another collector to see the value, and we were pleased to complete that sale.

Farmhouse Decor Meets Mid-Century Modern:

Butter Plates and Unique Ceramic Accents:

Incorporating farmhouse elements into your mid-century modern home can create a visually intriguing fusion of styles. Butter plates, often shaped like irons, add a whimsical touch to your table setting while maintaining functionality.

Look for ceramic decor pieces that feature unique shapes, textures, or colors, which will further enhance the eclectic nature of your space.  We found this unique piece, which fit into our dear friends cabin theme.  It was pure joy to pass this collectible butter dish on to them to enjoy.  The trivet holds the butter, while the top piece shaped as a iron covers that butter up.  Have you  found any fun butter dishes along your travels?  Did you bring it home with you?
